These bamboo inserts are designed to fit perfectly inside your Marathon pocket diaper, made in multiple sizes to specifically fit each size diaper. Each Marathon Pocket Diaper comes equipped with its own insert, but you might need extras for a long night of blissful sleep... or a long peaceful car ride with a young child.

These contour inserts are 4-thread serged with durable, strong nylon wooly nylon thread, and are guaranteed to never unravel. These inserts are open in the center, making for quick drying and easy stuffing with no folding required, and the opening makes for the perfect fit to add your booster.

These inserts are made from Bamboo French Terry. They are wonderfully soft and luxurious, not to mention incredibly absorbent. The Marathon-level bamboo insert is just slightly thicker than the hemp Marathon-level insert (not enough to make for a bulky diaper), and more absorbent than its hemp counterpart.

You can also choose your level of absorbency:

• The Marathon: 5 layers of bamboo
• The Triathlon: 6 layers of bamboo; for your heavier wetter

Remember! More absorbency means slower drying time and a bulkier diaper. For average wetters, the Marathon is your best choice

Your insert will reach maximum absorbency in approximately 8 or so washings. Please note that your bamboo insert is designed to shrink as you prep it. It will shrink to the correct size after a few washings.
