The number of items available to you when ordering through a custom slot will be noted in the custom slot you purchase. My shopping cart doesn't let me limit the number of items without limiting your selection, so please be kind and don't order more than the allotted number of items.

There is no charge for a custom slot, however, you must use your custom slot within 24 hours or your slot will be released.

Custom slots can be combined with a friend. Please communicate this information to me and I will gladly work with both of you to create your custom order.

Once your order is finalized, it will ship in 2 to 3 weeks.

OBB Diapers accepts payment via PayPal. Once your order has been placed, payment is due immediately or the order will be canceled. To make payment arrangements, please email us prior or at the time of purchase. Upon check-out, you will be directed to pay by PayPal. Credit cards and debit cards are accepted via PayPal. Please note: We only accept payments in U.S. funds, however, international customers may order through the shopping cart and pay with PayPal.

If you are not satisfied with any OBB Diapers product, you may return it, unwashed and unused, for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the item. When you return an item, please contact us explaining that the item is on its way and the reason for your dissatisfaction. You will be refunded your payment, minus the cost of shipping.

Any items returned to us that have been washed or used will be returned to you at your expense.

All OBB Diapers items sold as "seconds" are sold as-is and carry no guarantee.

Defects: OBB has a 60-day guarantee on all product defects, provided that care instructions were followed correctly. In all cases, we will attempt to fix the defect before exchanging it for a new product. If the defect cannot be repaired satisfactorily, we will issue an exchange for the defected product. Please contact us with a description of the defect prior to shipping, so we can discuss the best way to repair your item. For repairs and exchanges within this 60 day period, we will reimburse you for any shipping cost you incur. After 60 days, we are happy to sew minor wear-and-tear fixes, however, you must pay for shipping charges.

The snaps on our products are guaranteed for life, even if you are not the original owner. If a snap ever breaks or cracks, falls off or otherwise, we will replace it and ship the item back at no cost. If you are within the 60-day window we will reimburse you for your shipping.

In the case of hidden snaps, if we need to replace a snap, the fixed snap may not be hidden. The broken part will be removed from the body of the diaper if it is still inside, the hole stitched and fray checked and a new snap applied. Contact us for return instructions should you experience a snap problem.

OBB uses USPS and ships worldwide. In-stock items are shipped within 2 business days of payment.

Items are shipped to the shipping address listed in the PayPal transaction. Please review your shipping address in PayPal for accuracy prior to submitting payment.

Our home environment is smoke free. We take great care to store fabrics and products in a protected environment. However, we do have a cat, who seems to be everywhere at all times. And if he's not everywhere, his fur certainly is. Our fabrics are stored in plastic bins, out of reach from animals and children. Completed items are inspected for pet hair prior to shipping. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be completely pet hair free.
